As a first responder in emergency operations I have been exposed to a lot of tragedies. Although my mental toughness has told me to handle it and move on, I realized it is not that easy. Harris Psychiatric Services and staff, and specifically Dr. King, recognizes the horrors first responders witnessed. They have identified the problems first responders have and have treated these problems with the utmost care.
